Your immediate help is needed to rescue this pet dog that is in
distress. His cruel owners are keeping this poor creature on an extremely tight
leash – as you can see in the photos, in the dog is barely able to move, he
sits all day like this. The dog is clearly in a lot of pain and is feeling
miserable 24/7. It is my firm belief that no animal should be forced to sit
like this.
The photos were taken in Emiliano Zapata neighborhood, in the city
of Teloloapan, Mexico. According to the original thread, the person who took
the photos tried to reason with the dog’s owners, but to no avail. Owners claim
that the dog is ‘doing fine’ and there is no need for any changes in his
welfare.
Please support the petition so authorities can intervene and rescue
the dog as soon as possible. This is clearly abusive behavior and that poor
animal is in danger. Help ensure he will be rescued and taken to a good home,
where he will be loved and cared for.
