JUSTICE FOR BILLY DUAIN WOODS

Please click on the link below.  My grandson was found dead in his juvenile detention cell in Muskogee, Ok on Dec 15, 2016.  It was classified suicide, but the facility/agency is refusing to release information.  The family heard Billy was bullied by guards and other inmates.  It is in the records Billy told the guard he was feeling sick.  Why didn't they get a medical doctor?  Billy was a kind and sensitive boy that carried the weight of the world on his shoulders.  He should have never been placed in a cell that had handicap bars.  Billy was not handicap.  Billy had suicidal tendencies and placing him in a handicap cell ultimately lead to his death.   If the facility has nothing to hide, why are they refusing to release the information the family is requesting?  Please sign this petition and spread the word to help the family get JUSTICE>  Thank you.  https://www.readfrontier.org/stories/agency-wont-release-records-facility-juvenile-died/
