Arsenal FC: Sign Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema urgently!

I am addressing this open letter to every Arsenal FC fan out there and to the management of this great club.

I am a huge Arsenal supporter since I was 12. I live in London and since they moved to the Emirates Stadium I have renewed my season membership each year and attended almost every home game. 

This is the season Arsenal was meant to clinch the coveted Premier League title without any problems. Arch rivals from Manchester (both United and City) as well as Chelsea are having a dreadful season. It was time for our favorite team to step up and easily be in the lead. This has not happened. Arsenal is currently ranked third in the league, after Leicester City and Tottenham (even Tottenham is above us!).

After weeks and weeks of analyzing the game I have come to the conclusion that our beloved club is in need of a real striker. A person that can truly make a difference upfront and score goals automatically. Olivier Giroud and Danny Wellbeck are good strikers, but they are not good enough to be on a Premier League title contender. They are just not top class players. Arsenal definitely needs a top striker.

I cannot think of another striker that would best fit the team than Karim Benzema. You might say that he has a tendency to miss important chances, but, nonetheless, Benzema is a top player. It’s just what Arsenal needs. I am sure that if Benzema would join Arsenal FC, our team will be champions next year. I am shocked actually that the transfer has not bee completed in the summer. The team desperately needed him then. But it is not too late to make things right.

We need great players to win this title. It all starts with a striker – a man capable of putting the ball into the net! Benzema is the man to do it, no question about it.
