Punish owner that stitched puppy’s mouth shut with rope to keep him quiet!

Yell County, Arkansas: This man thought it would be a good idea to wrap a piece of rope around his puppy’s mouth to keep the little fellow quiet for a while. He then snapped a couple photos and uploaded them on his Facebook account, getting his friends up to speed of what he was doing.

Made one for the little girl too, she thought she could eat what ever she played with, yep, her sister was one – the man wrote in the description accompanying the photos. He seems to have taken all of this lightly, like abusing his puppy was some sort of twisted joke!

The man’s name is Jake Kisling, he lives in Yell County, Arkansas. Facing a serious backslash, the man deleted the photos, but several screenshots were taken and are now available online. However, the man has not issued an apology or some sort of clarification on his reckless actions.

The local sheriff’s office needs to charge this heartless person with cruelty to animals. This not the way to treat your puppy. This person should be stripped of the right to own animals again, given his nasty pranks and devious behavior.
