The woman pictured in the center is Ashley Olson. She is 25 and lives in Acworth, Georgia. She is the owner of the AMD Petcare and has been offering pet sitting services for the past eight years. Her motto is 'treating your pets as if they were my own'. She also boasts about her excellent credentials – is prior to her last foster – the end result of her ‘care’ can be observed in the pictures on the left and right, respectively.
This cruel woman – who claims to be a devoted animal advocate – put Lucky, her foster dog, in a crate and starved the poor animal for weeks. The people who
gave her the dog were in close contact with Olson for most of the process, up
to the point in which the heartless pet sitter started making up excuses not to
meet and refused to send photos of the dog.
Rescuers finally got ahold the dog and they were appalled with what
they discovered. The helpless animal was locked up in a crate outside, in the
pouring rain, barely able to stand on his feet. When placed in Olson’s care,
Lucky had a healthy weight of 50 lbs. Now, he is a walking skeleton and his recovery
will take weeks and will be painful. The pooch was rushed to the vet’s office, updates will be
posted as soon as I have them.
Please help expose and convinct this heartless pet sitter. Since the
story broke out on social media, Ashley Olson deleted her Facebook accounts,
but has continued to post on various adoption sites that she is looking for
dogs to foster.
It is imperative this woman is not allowed to get her hands on
another animal as long as she lives. Please share widely so Ms. Olson can be
brought to justice and charged with cruelty to animals.
